ADM project experience totals well over 1.5 million square feet of designed and built commercial and residential projects over the last 20+ years.  We have been a part of designing and permitting projects of just about every construction type, design aesthetic style, scope, size, and budget. ADM has completed a multitude of projects within the Seattle area, Kitsap County, King and Pierce counties, as well as all surrounding areas of Western Washington and the Olympic Peninsula.

ADM has designed everything from 100,000 s.f. office and warehouse facilities built in “tilt-up” concrete construction, medical “TI” (tenant improvement) lease office spaces within existing buildings, master planning of 1.3 million s.f. of offices & industrial campuses, wood frame construction dental clinics of 5,000 s.f., as well as and small sheds and covered decks too!

With this diverse experience at different firms throughout Seattle, Pierce, and Kitsap counties, our scope of work has increased continuously throughout the past two decades, and many projects can be seen just by driving around in your own towns in the area.
