The doctors are consolidating their Bainbridge and Port Orchard offices to the new shell and core building in Olhaava, by Olympic College in Poulsbo. The new office design by ADM includes 15 exam rooms, a lab to serve all the doctors in the building, an elegant waiting and reception area, multiple “MA Stations” to serve as a hub at each corner for four exam rooms each, break room, along with many other associated spaces, including room to phase their expansion as the practice grows.

Two dentists that own “South Kitsap Family Dentistry” opened a new dental office space on Pottery Avenue, including 14 dental chairs, office spaces for administration, doctors, and consultation / billing areas, and lobby / reception / waiting room. Contemporary interiors with classic craftsman stylings throughout, this timeless design is a great fit for the clients and the neighborhood.

High end finishes including cherry cabinetry and built-ins, a “fish tank” wall in the waiting area, timeless design style and classic commercial detailing fit the client’s customers and the high tech functionality of the doctor’s firm and practice (Tremont Medical Center, Building B).

Dr. Lally’s space was designed by ADM to include waiting and reception, exam and procedure room, utility and storage area, and two offices, break area, and interior restroom for staff that includes a shower.

Interiors at lobby and restrooms include beautiful earthy tones and efficient light and plumbing fixtures for a low operation cost that was attractive to the clients and their tenants.
