Professional Experience

Project scope examples include shell and core office buildings 2,500 to 30,000 s.f., commercial tenant improvements, residential custom homes, remodels and additions, among others.
Coordination with Client/Owner and Contractor from early design through construction completion. Focus on “team design” approach, achieving client satisfaction through creative design and construction solutions. Excellent oral and written communication with all consultants: Civil, Structural, MEP, Landscaping, and Interior Designers.
Construction Administration: On-site construction observation, job site meetings, experience in bid document creation, team “Value Engineering” and construction scheduling, RFIs (construction clarifications), shop drawing review.
